the love-filled family photography experience
Your love and the home you've built with it is your masterpiece...your art. The everyday joys, the seemingly mundane tasks, the absolute magical moments, and even the heart-ache...are all so full of beauty. As a momma myself, I know you want to hold onto every detail...the way it feels to snuggle up close, their infectious belly laughs, bedtime routines, their cute little smile when they're missing their two front teeth...the too few hugs from your preteen, to that awkward transition from tween to teen, and just simply how it felt to hang out with your teen that you have poured so much into.
I get to come in and simply be a mirror...a witness...to the life and love you've built for your family.
We will photograph those little things you love about your family as well as all the beauty that unfolds during our session together. There's no need for super posed photos or saying "cheese". Don't worry, we will grab a couple pictures of everyone all hugged up and looking at the camera too. We will meet at your home or another beautiful location where your family can feel free and comfortable during the first hour or two of sunrise or sunset, when the light is so golden and beautiful! Your job at the session is to relax, play, love your family.

First things first, click HERE to let me know you would like a session or to ask any questions you may have. You can expect to hear back from me within 48 hours.

booking proposal + Pay Retainer fee + pick date
You'll then receive links to full pricing information and your booking proposal with session agreement and invoice to pay your Session Retainer. Next, you will receive a link to my calendar to pick the date that works best for your family.

presession planning & Lifestyle session guide
Next, you will receive the Lifestyle Session Guide full of everything you will need to plan your session. From what to expect every step to what to wear. I will be there to answer any questions, help with outfit choices and session locations. Whatever you need.

love-filled session
It's time to relax and have fun! During our session together, we go at your child's pace. We shoot until we have it. Sometimes that can be as short as an hour, but can also go up to two hours (or even three for newborns).

Choose your collection
A month after our session, you'll receive a link to your online slideshow where you can see all your photos from the comfort of your own home and then pick your collection. Every collection includes a set amount of digital files plus a complimentary print credit to get you started on displaying your photos. The top two collections also includes one of our most popular heirloom products.

Spend your collection print credit
Once you've chosen your collection you'll have access to the gallery to download your favorites and spend your print credit on gorgeous artwork. There will be 30% off prints & products during the first two weeks. You'll be able to share your gallery with friends & family!

Perfect! They don't have to. I want to capture exactly how your kiddos are at this stage. Wild & wiggly or a little bit shy. The pressure is off!
What type of session is right for us?
The most popular session by far is the Signature Session. We take our time and shoot until we have it and customize the location to what suits your family. Just want a few images? Then our seasonal minis may be perfect for you!
What will the total investment be?
Your session total is the $300 Session Retainer PLUS your $1200-$2000 chosen collection. Prepayment plans are available. You may choose your collection within 24 hours after receiving your slideshow OR at booking. Inquire HERE for full pricing information.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A limited number of sessions are reserved each month. Dates are booked up anywhere from 3 weeks to a year in advance. Maternity sessions are best done in the third trimester. Newborn sessions are best done within your baby's first two weeks of life.
Where will my session be held?
I want to photograph you as relaxed as possible. I love when at least a portion of sessions are done in your home. Want to venture out away from the home for part or all of your session? Let's chat about all the beautiful locations in Central KY.
What is the best time of day for a session?
Outdoor sessions are typically done within 2 hours of sunset, or even sunrise. Indoor sessions are best done later morning through early afternoon.
What should we wear?
You'll receive more guidance as part of your pre-session experience, but my number one piece of advice is to keep it simple and relaxed...wear what makes you feel beautiful and comfortable. View lots of ideas HERE.
What if it rains?
Typically we reschedule. Sometimes it's hard to get just the right date, but I often find that waiting is better than "making it work". I allow flexibility in my schedule for this very reason.
How long will it be before I see my gallery & receive prints?
About a month following your session you will receive an email with everything you need to view your gallery. Most prints and products take no longer than 2 weeks from ordering to in your hands. Custom designed products can take 3-6 weeks.
